Ordinary shampoos with SLS or SLES wash your scalp so thoroughly clean that it makes extra sebum to make up for the loss. That is how you get into a cycle: the more often you wash, the sooner your hair is greasy again.

How you use it

Massage a small amount into wet hair and scalp and rinse well. Natural shampoo lathers a little less: that is normal. Use lukewarm water instead of hot water, and give your scalp two to three weeks to adjust if you are switching from an ordinary shampoo.
