At Pure Health Store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Not completely satisfied with your order? You can return your product (partially) within the stipulated period, provided you meet the conditions.

📦 Right of withdrawal – 14-day cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Return Conditions

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and if applicable, in its original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.

How do I return my order?

  1. Register your return via: info@purehealthstore.nl
  2. Pack your item carefully: Ensure the item is well-packaged to prevent damage during transport.
  3. Send the package back: Take your package to a post office or parcel point and send it to the return address you receive from us via email.
  4. Keep your shipping receipt: It is important to keep a shipping receipt until we have processed the return.

Return shipping costs

The costs for returning a package are at your own expense. These costs vary depending on the carrier you choose. We recommend sending the package with a track & trace code so you can follow the shipment.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your account within 14 days.
