What is the delivery time?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 are shipped the same day from the Netherlands. Delivery in the Netherlands is usually the next working day via PostNL. To Belgium it usually takes 2–4 working days. Shipping NL/BE: €6.95 under €40, free from €40.

How do I return an item?

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Report your return via info@purehealthstore.nl, then send it to Leemhorststraat 31, 1624 NM Hoorn. Opened personal-care products cannot always be returned for hygiene reasons.
