How you use them

Diffuser: 3 to 5 drops in total. On the skin, always dilute: no more than 2 to 3 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil. Do not ingest and do not get them in the eyes. Do not use on children under 6 and never on children's faces. Do not use rosemary during pregnancy or if there is epilepsy. Keep the oils out of reach of children.
