Essential oil - Sage

Sage smells fresh, herbal and a touch earthy, like a Mediterranean herb garden after a summer shower. It is a clear scent that freshens a room without turning sweet or heavy. For many people it is a scent that helps them settle for a moment and close the day.

You can also use the oil diluted in a massage oil, for a relaxing moment with a fresh, herbal scent.

How you use it

Diffuser: 3 to 5 drops in the water of your diffuser. Skin: always dilute, with no more than 2 to 3 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil, such as almond oil or olive oil. Never apply the oil undiluted to your skin.

Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use sage during pregnancy or if you have epilepsy. If you have sensitive skin, test the blend on a small patch of skin first.
