How you use it

In the diffuser: 3 to 5 drops in the water. On the skin, always dilute, with no more than 2 to 3 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil, such as almond or olive oil. For a foot bath or bath, first mix the oil with a tablespoon of carrier oil or bath salts, so it spreads well. Avoid the eyes and mucous membranes.

Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children under 6 and never on children's faces. If you have sensitive skin, test it on a small patch first.
