Essential Oil - Oregano - 100% natural

Open the bottle and you are in a Greek kitchen straight away. Warm, spicy, sharp. This essential oil of wild oregano is intense, and that is exactly why you need very little of it.

Evergetikon distils the oil from wild oregano (Origanum vulgare) that grows on the sunny hills of Crete. Oregano has been used for centuries in the Greek herbal tradition. The oil is pure, without additives or diluents, and naturally rich in carvacrol. That substance gives oregano its typical, sharp scent. One drop in a mild carrier oil gives a warm, tingling feeling during a massage.

How you use it

In the diffuser: 3 to 5 drops, and start with less. On your skin: always dilute, and no more than 1 drop per tablespoon of carrier oil, such as olive oil or almond oil. Oregano can strongly irritate the skin, so test it on a small patch first. Do not use on damaged or sensitive skin, and not near your eyes or mucous membranes. Do not ingest. Do not use during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.
